Snow depth at Mt. Thielsen is measured daily by SNOTEL station #442, located at Diamond Lake, near Mt. Thielsen, Oregon at an elevation of 5,280 ft. This automated sensor is operated by the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and has been recording continuous snowpack data since 1979.
